Unique hotel with well soundproofed rooms, pleasant views to the west over the park. Pleasant and incredibly nice staff, at the Reception Desk. Very central location, a 10-15 minute walk from Prahran Convenience. Walking distance to stores and fantastic stores across the street. 25 minutes drive to airport. My favorite property in Melbourne.

Location - great very close to Prahran and South Yarra have to offer, Supermarket, Tram Stop, Food market bars and restaurants, and the public transport which was close by to get to the city centre.

Beds were too soft.

The location was incredible, for example, Chapel Street was not very far from the hotel. And we were very close to all the cafes, bars and restaurants and bus transport and the onsite restaurants and the central location.

Facilities were clean, yet Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

Attached restaurant on the premises, big sized and functional room with very comfortable bed, a bath. With a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge. A quirky and relaxing hotel, my first choice in Melbourne.

Marvellous and fab location in a great area, funky style building. Based so close to many restaurants in Chapel st and all the shops and cafes on Chapel st precinct.

Every time in Melbourne, I choose this place. The hotel is wonderful small, spotlessly clean. The location is very central. There is Egnaro near the venue, had dinner there. The staff are helpful and the room was well laid out with a balcony.

Outstanding stay, efficient service.

Very early check-in, parking onsite. A nice size and well-equipped rooms, incredible view of the city's skyline.

The rooms are brand-new and high standard, and are complete with comfy bed and dining table, as example. It has attentive and caring staff team at the Reception Desk.

The location was really easy and super, for example, Chapel Street was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. The room was did n't get cleaned by housekeeping when called and available with quirky art throughout.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a modern and funky boutique hotel in South Yarra. The hotel is perfectly located in the bustling area, surrounded by trendy shops, restaurants, and bars. Plus, it's just a short walk from the famous Chapel Street. I was impressed with the attention to detail, as the room had a fantastic balcony with a good-sized kitchenette. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. And to top it off, breakfast was included in my voucher, which was a great bonus.

No improvements needed - everything was just perfect!

I appreciated the telephone call I received from the hotel that I received 2 days before we were due to arrive in Melbourne and the question whether ineeded transport from the airport. This is the first time I have ever received this attention from a hotel. The artistic design of this hotel is most impressive and all facilities were of a very high standard.

Soft beds and a balcony, a kitchenette, and a couch. Lovely area, very central location just off the city centre, and Supermarket, Tram Stop, Food market bars and restaurants. Also, easy to get to a food market.

Really easy location close to everything you need with a great cafe downstairs if you do n't want to wander far, modern facilities.
